The attack, carried out using an IED-laden vehicle, killed 13 people and left dozens injured, triggering one of the most extensive national security investigations in recent years.
Agencies including Delhi Police Special Cell, J&K Police, NIA, and central intelligence units are working jointly to dismantle the network.
